Georgia Life Sciences Summit: Call for Abstracts from Ag Industry

This year’s Georgia Life Sciences Summit, Bioscience at a Crossroads, will be held September 27 at AmericasMart in Atlanta, and the call for abstracts is now underway. Georgia-based scientists across multiple industries, including agribusiness, are invited to submit an abstract for this year’s poster session. Categories include agriculture biotechnology, bioenergy, cell therapy and tissue engineering, drug discovery and development, food and nutrition, healthcare IT, industrial production, medical technology and devices, molecular and biological research, and nanotechnology. Deadline for submission is August 12, 2011.

The Summit is considered the preeminent gathering of scientists and industry decision makers for Georgia's life sciences community. It is also an ideal environment for fostering relationships and creating business collaborations. Read more...
